• West Coast Builders - Partnership doing general construction of commercial projects B Lic # 284138
• Hydro Electric Constructors - Designed, obtained venture capital and built small to mid-sized hydro-electric projects, primarily in California
• Land Development - Purchased and subdivided 70 acres into 12 parcels in Santa Cruz County [take the Yellow Brick Rd. to Emerald City Way]. Designed and put in roads, water system and built several of the residences.
• NA & ISSC - Employed as Project Manager for disaster recovery and computer facility conversions for IBM doing projects in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado, and the U.S.V.I.
• Build It Green certified contractor
• Member of Western Regional Builders Association
