The Design/Build Contractor is a concept developed to benefit the homeowner by providing both quality design and construction services within the general contracting company. Design-build focuses on combining the design, permit, and construction schedules in order to streamline the traditional design-bid-build environment.

We are responsible for both design and construction of the project. We offer clients a complete construction package, including obtaining all engineering, permits, and inspections. Our licensed Architect has been designing and drafting plans for over 20 years. The owner produces a list of requirements for a project, giving an overall view of the project's goals. We present different ideas about how to accomplish these goals. The owners select the ideas they like best and we translate those into construction drawings, budget out the costs, obtain permits, and build according to the scheduled tasks.
